Stan has advised clients involved in a variety of business transactions including acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings of businesses, commercial leasing arrangements, financing transactions, corporate reorganizations, complex contract and business enterprise matters, and technology and e-commerce issues. Stan’s insight and advice are valued by clients in a wide spectrum of industries including insurance, manufacturing, distribution, computer technology, business services and financial services.

Within the firm, Stan’s corporate and other partners look to him to act as lead counsel in connection with a number of significant merger and acquisition transactions. He is also the co-chair of the firm’s International Trade and Business Group.
