Drawing on nearly fifteen years of experience in the construction industry, David's practice focuses on construction law, from the negotiation of construction contracts to litigation and dispute resolution, including serving as a mediator in many construction and commercial disputes. He has been recognized in the 2007 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Construction Law and was named Associate Member of the Year by the Homebuilders and Remodelers Association of Maine for 2001-2002.
In addition to construction law, he also represents clients in boundary disputes, land use matters, the prosecution and defense of land use enforcement actions and appeals of planning board and zoning board decisions to the Superior Court. David has worked with municipalities, non-profit development corporations and commercial developers to develop commercial and industrial and other economic development projects.
