She has considerable experience in the area of unfair dismissal, employment injunctions, discrimination, redundancy, bullying and harassment and stress related matters, disciplinary investigations and proceedings.
As part of her practice, Aoife regularly assists clients in developing risk management strategies in respect of employment and litigation issues.
