He focuses a majority of his practice on intellectual property and technology-related matters such as licensing, distribution, and procurement, and representing companies in business transactions and corporate governance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and private equity financing. Clark rejoined Osborn Maledon in 2006 after a five-year stint as Vice President and General Counsel of Cyclone Commerce, Inc. Before joining Cyclone, Clark's practice included representation of most of the larger software companies headquartered in Arizona.
