Taco van der Dussen graduated from the University of Groningen in 1985 and joined Rassers immediately after his military service, initially in the general practice with an emphasis on labour law and criminal law. Later, he became fully specialized in labour law in the broadest sense. Taco advises employers, but also regularly assists directors under the articles of association and managers, both in legal proceedings and during negotiations. He is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers’ Association (VAAN).
