Evita studied law in the University of Athens, Faculty of Laws (LL.B.) and in the University of London, where she was awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial and Corporate Law. Her subjects were European Competition Law, European Internal Market, Telecommunications Law (Thesis: Structure and Powers of Regulatory Authorities in the Era of Convergence; the Greek perspective) and Internet Law.
She is a member of the Competition Law Department of the Firm and has been involved in several competition law cases, including Notifications to the Hellenic Competition Committee on major Mergers and Acquisitions.
She is also actively involved in Commercial and Company Law, Trademarks, Data Protection Law, Debt Collection, Domain Name, Telecommunications and Internet Law related cases. She serves as an of counsel Privacy Officer in several multinational companies located in Greece.
She has contributed as a national correspondent to the publication of European Competition Laws: a Guide to the EC and its Member States, LexisNexis, as well as to the publication of Electronic Signatures in Law, Stephen Mason, LexisNexis Butterworths.
