Profile: Chris has particular expertise in dealing with disputes arising from the sale and purchase of companies, in particular warranty claims and earn out provisions, and also with the interplay of a person's status as an employee, director and shareholder. Chris also deals with high value fraud cases and freezing injunctions. After a number of years as a Detective Senior Inspector in the Royal Hong Kong Police, Chris worked for 5 years at Johnson Stokes & Master (Hong Kong's largest law firm) where he was responsible for the conduct of a multi-jurisdictional shareholders' dispute (US$75 million) concerning a property development in Shanghai. In 2001 Chris moved back to England to join the firm.
