Bill has appeared before numerous governmental agencies on behalf of various clients. He has significant experience in contested probate matters, boundary dispute litigation, utility law, environmental litigation, commercial dispute resolution, and franchise litigation
Prior to Eaton Peabody, Bill served as law clerk to Justices David G. Roberts and Louis Scolnik of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. He also served as editor-in-chief of the Transnational Law Journal, Suffolk University Law School.
