Edquist, David J.
In his role as Senior Counsel, David Edquist brings over forty years of legal and practical knowledge to bear in advising the firm’s business clients, including those in the manufacturing and health care industries, on joint ventures, affiliations, distribution and acquisition agreements, and other transactional contexts; issues facing not-for-profit institutions, including corporate governance and tax exemption; environmental compliance; and fraud investigations. David’s ability to tailor strategies consistent with a client’s risk tolerance has been shaped by decades of experience from the court room to the board room. Whether dealing with clients, partners, or opposing counsel, David strives to establish a foundation of personal trust in every relationship.
