Profile: Susie qualified in 1985 and was awarded an LLM in advanced litigation in 2000. For the last 20 years Susie has accumulated a wide range of experience in commercial litigation covering a number of fields. As well has handling a broad range of commercial cases and professional negligence actions, she has litigated disputes arising out of IT contracts, finance lease agreements, software and services agreements, partnership agreements, agency agreements and employment contracts. Her experience includes obtaining injunctions (eg to freeze assets, to restrain infringement of copyright, to prevent the tampering with evidence), and obtaining evidence in England for use in proceedings in the US pursuant to Letters of Request. Susie has also successfully resolved a number of disputes at mediation, acting as advocate for a party.
