Pete is a partner in the firm's business & finance law group, with an emphasis in securities, mergers and acquisitions, and telecommunications law.
Pete received his law degree from the University of Kansas where he served as Note and Comment Editor of the Kansas Law Review, and was a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his bachelor's degree with highest distinction also from the University of Kansas.
Pete recently co-authored the chapter on Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws for the Missouri Bar's Business Organizations deskbook.
