Experience
Elizabeth focuses her practice on the representation of financial institutions. Before joining Spencer Fane, she was the chief counsel for a $9 billion financial institution with more than 130 branches in Missouri and Kansas. She has significant experience with respect to all legal, regulatory and compliance matters involving financial institutions. She is a member of the Missouri State Banking Board, a five-member board that supervises Missouri chartered banks.
