Joseph (Joe) is the Founder and Managing Member of Santoro Law Group. With an emphasis on commercial real estate leasing, Joe has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including, industrial, office, life sciences, retail and residential leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development.
Prior to founding SLG, Joe was an equity partner at a national law firm headquartered in Philadelphia and then served as Vice President and Senior Counsel at Liberty Property Trust (a then publicly-traded real estate investment trust with over 100 million square feet of space, and over 1,000 tenants). At LPT, Joe lived and breathed commercial real estate leasing. He oversaw all leasing transactions throughout the country and created lease protocols to increase (and prevent the decrease of) the marketability, financeability, and value of assets while protecting the company from increased exposure to liability.
