Lance has substantial experience in Estate, Business, Real Estate, and Tax Law. He is admitted to practice law in Wyoming, Colorado, and before the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Wyoming State Bar, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Southeast Wyoming Estate Planning Council.
Lance is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Wyoming Wildlife Federation and a past president of the Wyoming State Bar Foundation. He also serves as a mediator in trust and estate matters.
Lance previously served as an adjunct professor at the University of Wyoming College of Law, teaching the course Advanced Business Organizations. He has also taught several continuing legal education courses on probate, estate planning and administration, and business planning.
