Ricardo Christophe da Rocha Freire – Labor, Union & Social Security Law Specialist

Mr. Freire also assists companies with cross-border employee transfers, both inbound and outbound, ensuring smooth transitions.
His expertise extends to developing effective compliance programs, conducting investigations, and drafting policies on ethics, employee conduct, and sexual harassment. He is also skilled in crafting "use of work tools" policies and delivering employee training. Mr. Freire’s litigation experience includes defending employers in labor courts and before government agencies like the Ministry of Labor and Public Attorney Office for labor matters and employee unions.
