Nemanja Sladaković is a Counsel at the Gecić Law in Belgrade, specializing in Corporate / M&A, Real Estate and Labor Law.
Prior to joining Gecić Law, Nemanja worked with another region’s leading law offices. He advised clients and took part in some of the most notable and prominent international investment projects in the Western Balkans region. Nemanja is mostly focused in his work on transaction structuring with risk mitigation assessments, but he also provides counsel on real estate and labor law topics.
Nemanja graduated law from the Faculty of Law, University in Belgrade (2013) where he participated in advanced groups for Real Estate Law and EU Integration Law, as well as human rights programs. He obtained a master’s degree in Business, Law and Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Management, Aix-Marseille University (2020), graduating as one of the top students in the class. Nemanja is a member of the Belgrade Bar Associations.
Nemanja is fluent in English and Serbian and has a working knowledge of Spanish and French.
