Nicole obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom in 2009. Thereafter, she completed both the Bar Vocational Course and Masters in Professional Legal Practice at BPP Law School, London. She was then called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in July 2010. After undertaking various and numerous work placements and mini-pupillages in the United Kingdom, she commenced her pupillage in Malaysia and was subsequently admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in May 2014. She was with one of South East Asia’s largest legal networks until 2024, and is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Nicole possesses a passion for Intellectual Property and is currently involved in litigation work with regards to trade mark, industrial design, copyright and patents. She also drafts pleadings and attends court proceedings including the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court, as well as reviews agreements and liaises with the relevant authorities.
