Brandon’s practice focuses on representing Native American tribes in a variety of matters, including in contract, constitutional, water law, and Indian law matters. Brandon’s legal experience also includes representing clients in commercial, appellate, and voting rights litigation.
Before joining Osborn Maledon, Brandon completed clerkships at both the Arizona Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. During his U.S. District Court clerkship, Brandon also clerked on cases in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals while his judge sat on the court by designation.
Through his clerkships, Brandon garnered strong legal persuasion skills by drafting the court’s decisions and presenting his recommendations to the judge or panel of judges. He also gained insight into the legal principles that are important to the trial and appellate legal decision-making processes in civil and criminal matters at both the federal and state level.
