Kevin joined the insurance section of the firm in 2023. He has 20 years of experience as a litigator handling maritime personal injury claims, insurance coverage actions, bad faith insurance claims, and environmental litigation.
Kevin is a native of Metairie, Louisiana. In 1999, he graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A in finance. In 2002, Kevin graduated summa cum laude and received his juris doctor from Loyola University College of Law. While at Loyola, Kevin served as Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Law Review. From 2002-2003, he was law clerk to Judge Eldon E. Fallon, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Kevin is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. He aslo serves on the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. From 2009 to 2012, Kevin served as adjunct professor at Loyola Law School teaching a class in maritime employee remedies.
When Kevin is not working, he spends his time being active in his church parish and children's school. He currently serves as the Chairman of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic School Advisory Board and is a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church Parish Council.
