Chris is a Counsel in the Corporate/M&A practice group with experience in cross-border investments, venture capital, private equity financing, capital markets, and general corporate matters. He has participated in projects involving all aspects of China market entry, including China-foreign joint venture formation; the cross-border establishment of corporate entities in China; redomicile mergers and corporate restructurings; legal due diligence for international private equity and venture capital investors; and international compliance/regulatory risk management, both for established industries and first-mover technologies within the Chinese market. After practicing in Beijing for a number of years, Chris now routinely assists U.S. and international clients from DaHui’s New York office in charting their China strategies and in navigating the nuances, risks and rewards of doing business in China.
While in law school, Chris served as the Volume 40 Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham International Law Journal. His extended background has focused on foreign affairs and both private and public international law.
