Frances qualified as an English Solicitor in September 2015 having completed her training contract with Voisin Law.
Frances was sworn in by the Royal Court of Jersey as an Advocate on 16 December 2019.
Frances advises local and international businesses and individuals in relation to a broad range of contentious issues. She has particular experience in contractual and trust disputes. She also regularly advises in relation to personal injury claims (acting for both plaintiffs and defendants), including high value claims involving multiple medical disciplines.
Frances’ litigation practice is complemented by her extensive commercial experience, which focuses on providing advice to fiduciary service providers in relation to trust and corporate affairs, including refinancing and restructuring.
