Sarah is a pragmatic, solutions-oriented attorney with a background in real estate and business law, and experience in land acquisition, construction contracting, title defect reformation, boundary line dispute resolution, commercial leasing, and the drafting of easements and restrictive covenants. Prioritizing communication and responsiveness, Sarah aims to serve as a reliable resource for her clients and build trust by seeking sensible and systematic solutions.
Prior to joining Black Helterline, Sarah served as Associate General Counsel for a residential home builder and developer, which gave her insight into the challenges and obstacles her clients face.
Sarah received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of California, Davis, where she was an associate editor of the law review. She moved to Portland shortly after graduating from law school. Sarah has practiced law in Oregon since 2012 and was admitted to the Washington bar in 2019.
