David is a shareholder focusing primarily on Corporate and Commercial Law and Real Estate.  David understands that a client's ongoing real estate transaction is often complex and time sensitive.  His attention to detail, understanding of the law and responsiveness creates a smooth transaction for his clients.  David graduated with high distinction with his J.D. from the University of Iowa where he participated in the Iowa Law Review.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa.

David joined the Belin McCormick real estate team in 2017 and has worked on a variety of real estate issues in his time with the firm. Passionate about this area, David is prepared to assist clients with any real estate issue that may arise.

Personal

David is a central Iowa native who was born in the Des Moines area. David enjoys jogging, biking, football and baseball and spending time with his wife, son and two dogs.
