Adv. Moran Aumann is a partner in Competition/Antitrust Practice. In addition, she also functions as the firm’s Co-Managing Partner, together with adv. Avi Porten.
Adv. Aumann provides counsel and representation to leading energy, telecommunication and banking companies on all aspects of competition, regulation and civil litigation matters. She represents companies before the Competition Authority in a variety of matters including merger requests, exemptions from restrictive arrangements, document discovery etc. She also acts on behalf of companies and their officers in criminal proceedings before the IAA and the Israeli Antitrust Tribunal.
During the course of her studies, adv. Aumann served both as a teaching assistant to Dr. Ram Rivlin (Faculty of Law) and as a research assistant to Dr. Asaf Zussman (Faculty of Economics). She was also a member of the editorial board of the Hebrew University Law Review (‘Mishpatim’) and spent a semester studying at Georgetown University in Washington D.C., specializing in US Antitrust Law.
