Partner Ram Shchory joined our firm in 2017. Ram's professional experience includes several years as an associate in the commercial litigation and finance and banking departments in a leading Israeli law firm, and the position of a marketing product manager in HP Indigo's strategy and business management department.
Ram's main areas of practice are commercial and civil litigation, and especially corporate governance, directors, officers and shareholders liability, class actions, derivative actions and corporate insolvency.
In 2014 Ram studied an LL.M. degree in Columbia Law School in New York as a Norman E. Alexander fellow. Ram completed his degree as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar (magna cum laude).
During his studies in Columbia Law School, Ram has served as a research assistant for Professor Zohar Goshen, and performed academic research directed by Professor Robert J. Jackson Jr. During his studies in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Ram has served as a teaching and research assistant to Professor Assaf Hamdani and Professor Daphna Lewinsohn-Zamir.
