Miodrag has over 15 years of legal experience in Serbia and the region. He participated in some of the most important privatization and M&A projects in the Republic of Serbia in the financial and manufacturing sectors. On a daily basis, he provides counsel to numerous renowned clients on their business in Serbia and the region. His duties range from providing regulatory counsel to representation in diverse commercial disputes. His experience covers a variety of industries, including trade, food, transport, and exports. Miodrag built his experience in some the leading law firms in the Republic of Serbia.
Miodrag earned his Master of Laws degree with distinction from the University of Nottingham, School of Law, UK, in the field of international commercial law (2007). He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, commercial module, as one of the best students of his generation. During his undergraduate studies, Miodrag was part of the Faculty of Law team on the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. He was also a recipient of a scholarship from the Young Talent’s Fund of the Republic of Serbia. Miodrag is a member of the University of Nottingham, School of Law Alumni Club, UK.
Miodrag is fluent in English, Serbian (Montenegrin, Bosnian, Croatian) and has basic knowledge of French.
