Mert Kaşka, Rüştü
Rüştü Mert Kaşka is a Senior Associate in Corporate Affairs Department of Erdem & Erdem. He especially provides legal advice on energy law, infrastructure projects, project finance, real estate law, commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions.
He actively participates in preparation and negotiation of project documentation in infrastructure projects including engineering, procurement and construction contracts, operation and maintenance contracts and sub-contracts. He advises clients regarding regulatory matters concerning energy law. He renders legal assistance in M&A projects by conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements and conducting signing and closing transactions. He also assists clients on corporate works including incorporation of companies as well as liquidation processes.
