As an associate in BFKN’s Compensation & Benefits Group, Alex focuses his practice on advising on the design, negotiation, and implementation of compensation and benefit arrangements, as well as SEC disclosures with respect to such arrangements. Alex also regularly advises clients on executive compensation and employee benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and other business transactions

Prior to joining BFKN, Alex was an Executive Compensation associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
