BriAnne represents clients in complex civil litigation, professional liability, and criminal defense matters in state and federal court. She is also developing a pro bono practice concentrating on immigrant and LGBTQ+ rights.
Prior to joining Osborn Maledon, BriAnne served as a law clerk to the Honorable Douglas Rayes in the District of Arizona and a law clerk to the Honorable Gregory Wormuth in the District of New Mexico.
In law school, BriAnne was Editor-in Chief of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review and a Wiley-Rutledge moot court quarter finalist. She also served with Americorps at the Legal Aid Justice Center near Washington D.C. and gained valuable experience working on asylum and removal defense cases at an immigration law firm in St. Louis.
As part of her undergraduate studies, BriAnne participated in the International Honors Program, through which she studied comparative social justice issues while traveling throughout India, Senegal, and Argentina. She additionally studied international human rights law at the Grotius School of International Law in The Hague and spent a semester enrolled at the University of Salamanca. She also published a senior honors thesis relaying her fieldwork findings with an indigenous women’s food sovereignty network in Paraguay.
BriAnne is fluent in Spanish and is an avid traveler. She has visited 20 countries and 43 states, is a foodie and amateur florist, and enjoys hiking with her husband and two dogs.
