Andrea leads the area of Tax at CorralRosales and participates in the Food and Beverage, Retail, Distribution of Services, Aeronautics and TMT industries.
Andrea provides consulting services and represents clients in administrative and judicial processes. She also leads the developing of strategies and the generation of tax structures locally and internationally
Andrea has a vast experience in tax due diligence processes, in the analysis and definition of the possible fiscal consequences of company acquisitions or merger processes, as well as in risk analysis of complex transactions and the generation of tax planning structures.
Andrea actively participates in forums and congresses on fiscal and customs issues, and she has published articles on these topics. Andrea is part of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and she is Vice President of the Specialized Tax Commission of ICC Ecuador
Andrea is a graduate from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, holds a Master’s degree in International Tax Law from New York University (NYU) and a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador She has also participated in several advanced taxation trainings.
