Since joining Cain Lamarre in 2004, Martine Tremblay has practiced in municipal law, environmental law, and agricultural law. She has helped prepare a number of cases related to requests for tenders, access to information, and expropriation. She has served as penal prosecuting attorney on behalf of several municipalities, and is an Attorney General’s prosecutor du Québec. She also appears in civil court, specializing in major latent defect cases.
Martine Tremblay also practices in immigration law, including applications for temporary residence and work permits, permanent residency and family sponsorship.
Martine is actively involved in her community, sitting on a number of committees, including Association des Femmes en Affaires Lac-St-Jean-Est and the organizing committee of the 52nd Jeux du Québec finals in Alma. She has delivered numerous presentations and training sessions to municipal stakeholders and is a lecturer for the land use and urban planning course at Cégep de Jonquière.
