He has experience structuring organizations from formation to dissolution, negotiating, drafting, and revising the contracts that make businesses tick, and litigating disputes when relationships break down. In addition, Steven is an intellectual property nerd and helps clients leverage copyright, trademark and trade secret protections to develop their products, grow their brands, and succeed in the marketplace.
