He is a founding partner of Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar, S.C. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, antitrust law, financial transactions, securities and corporate law.
He has participated in the acquisition and sale of several industrial, commercial and service companies and advises international investment funds in the acquisition of Mexican companies. Daniel also regularly participates in the issuance of debt and equity securities for Mexican companies in the Mexican and international markets.
