Scott Mollen is a highly experienced commercial litigator, regarded as a powerful asset by clients facing high stakes legal challenges.
Scott regularly advises prominent corporations, financial institutions, business executives and sophisticated commercial real estate interests in litigation, mediation, arbitration and negotiations. He is experienced in a range of business issues including breaches of contract, fiduciary duties, fraud and partnership disputes; real estate development, financing, purchases and sales, leasing, zoning, appraisals and government relations. Scott has also been a court-appointed receiver for properties in and outside of New York City. He was appointed by the Chief Judge of the NY Court of Appeals to the NYS Supreme Court Commercial Division Advisory Council. He was also appointed by the New York State Appellate Division, First Department, to its Attorney Grievance Committee.

Condominiums and Cooperatives
Scott represented one of the largest condominium converters in the country and helped guide three of the most prominent and successful "eviction plan" conversions in Manhattan. He also helped resolve numerous construction related disputes between condominium sponsors and unit owners and related investigations by the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
