Baroudi & Associates (previously known as Eddé & Baroudi Law Firm) was founded in 1912 by Emile Eddé, who was President of the
Raymond Eddé took over the lead of the firm upon his father’s death in 1949. He was a prominent member of parliament and minister in several cabinets. He was a candidate for the presidency in 1958, and was proposed for the post several times afterwards. Raymond Eddé passed away in 2000.
Our Senior Partner, Samir Baroudi, joined the firm in 1963 and attained his current position in 2000.
