Founding partner, Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem, is a professor of commercial law and contracts, and has lectured in leading universities in Turkey and Switzerland. In his more than 35 years as a scholar, Prof. Dr. Erdem’s research spans across competition and antitrust, distribution, supply and agency contracts, cross-border M&As, international restructurings, corporate governance and arbitration where he regularly participates as both presiding and party appointed arbitrator. He has been very active in several ICC Task Forces for drafting model contracts for international transactions. He serves as the Chair of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Commercial Law and Practice Commission, and also as the Council Member of the ICC Institute of World Business Law.
