Deniz, Ceyhun
Ceyhun is the managing partner of Tema Grup Danışmanlık ve Ticaret A.Ş. and he is a sworn-in CPA, ACCA Qualified Member, and Management Consultant specializing in international taxation, transfer pricing, business restructuring, management advisory, tax planning, advisory, audit, IFRS and IAS implementation.
He provides high-quality taxation and accounting services to both local and international clients. As having audited many multinationals in Turkey during his career in the Government, he is an expert on international taxation, and he knows the expectations of the Government and tax officers from multinationals. Utilizing his wide experience as a tax inspector, he provides high-quality taxation and accounting services in Turkey.
After completing his undergraduate studies, he started his career as an assistant financial inspector in the Finance Inspection Board. After serving as an assistant inspector for three years, he was promoted to Finance Inspector pursuant to his first-degree achievement at the proficiency exam. He worked as a tax inspector in the Istanbul Transfer Pricing Group Presidency of the Tax Inspection Board from 2011 to 2022. He continued his career, as vice president in the Istanbul Large-Scale Taxpayers Group Presidency between 2013 and 2015.
In 2015, he attended Bournemouth University, in the UK for his master's degree in international management and completed his studies with an honors degree. He continues his PhD studies in management at Galatasaray University which is a leading University in Turkey in the management field.
During his career in the public sector, he carried out tax inspections and audits of many multinational companies and held inspection duties in many public institutions.
He resigned from his governmental duty as the Chief Tax Inspector in 2022 to continue his career in the private sector. He joined Tema YMM which is a leading tax and accounting company in Turkey as a managing partner.
He is a qualified member of ACCA. He is one of the few accountants who is certified as both a Sworn-in CPA and ACCA Qualified Member.
