Saheed Onibudo holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Benin, Nigeria and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is a fellow and associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) respectively. He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and a certified International Financial Reporting Standards specialist.

He has attended several training courses on international financial reporting standards, taxation, business negotiation, supervisory, delegation and general management. Saheed has led several teams providing financial and tax advisory services to start-ups, SMEs and big organizations across various sectors of the economy like Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Real Estate to mention a few. He previously worked in the tax and deal advisory division of KPMG Professional Services, Nigeria, for five years. He has extensive experience in financial and tax due diligence, business valuation, financial restructuring, financial modeling, tax audits and investigation, tax reviews, tax planning, companies income tax, personal income tax, value added tax, withholding tax management, processing of certificate of fixed assets additions (CAFA), market entry strategy/option assessment.
