A Harvard Business School graduate, Kemp’s career includes having worked at the South African Revenue Services, as well as being part of the team that initiated Project Finance at the then United Bank (ABSA). As Head of Tax at an international accounting firm, BDO, South Africa, Kemp was awarded an International Tax award and was later appointed as the firm's South Africa Head of Advisory.
