Jūlija has received Master’s degree in University of Latvia, in Faculty of Finance and Trade.  For raising qualification, Jūlija has attended several professional training programmes in financial accounting, bank accounting, financial management, field of business law and tax legislation, as well as receiving a diploma from the UK Institute of Financial Analysts in international accounting standards and a diploma of internal auditor issued by UK Institute of Certified Financial Managers.  In 2006, she graduated with a Masters degree from the Baltic International Academy in “Business management and administration”.

Jūlija has substantial experience obtained through a long career in accounting, financial and economic sectors.  Along with changes in times, legislation and requirements of state institutions, Jūlija always improves the range of her knowledge.
