TAG Foundation Gives Back
In 2022, TAG Foundation donated $10,000 USD to Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) to support the organization's relief efforts in Ukraine and the region. Even before the war, since 2014, MSF has been on the ground providing various types of medical and mental health support to the Ukrainian people. Today, their efforts include providing medical supplies, treatment, mental health services, and more to those who are being impacted in Ukraine and those Ukrainians who are being displaced throughout the region.
In addition to contributing funds to relief efforts, TAG Alliances members around the world reached out to the local TAGLaw and TIAG Member in Ukraine, KEYNAS GROUP, to offer support and compassion to their fellow member. In response, KEYNAS GROUP recorded a message for attendees at the Fall 2022 International Conference in Dublin expressing their gratitude, resilience, and continued dedication to their team and clients. A Focus on Sustainability
During the TAG Alliances International Conference in Dublin, attendees examined the role of lawyers and accountants in managing risk and opportunities around sustainability and social responsibility issues. Panelists and attendees discussed the active role professional service providers must play to support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies imposed by our clients. Attendees also heard from Keynote Speaker leading global entrepreneur in the sustainable and renewable energy sector, Norman Crowley. Norman explained how solving climate change presents the largest “ethical” wealth creation opportunity, and how lawyers, accountants, and advisors are well-positioned to play a critical role.
